Just got my sliding door done and the final delivery is truly amazing! I have been searching high and low for months dragging my feet across multiple exhibitions – finally decided to have Sean help me out! He listens to my needs for security, functionality and aesthetics, without unnecessary up selling. He also follows up diligently on the installation and visited my house a few times just to ensure it is done perfectly.

Recently, I had two faulty door in the house. I contacted the original owner/contractor whom I bought the doors from but he would not come due to busy festive season and expired warranty. I called several other contractors but to no avail. Subsequently, my original contractor offered another contractor but at a hefty price and demanded payment prior to start work. In desperation, I called Cres, the sales person who sold me the doors but who now works for a different door company call Window Elements. So thankful I kept her numbers. Her technician promptly came to repair and replace the faulty doors at a good price. Am so grateful to Cres’s dedication to her customers and more importantly, the prompt, reliable and top-notch service.
