Window Elements Achieves Major Milestones in Quality and Certification Excellence in 2025
The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for Window Elements, as the company proudly achieved several prestigious certifications that reaffirm its commitment to quality, safety, and industry excellence in the aluminium window and door sector. These achievements reflect not only compliance with national and international standards, but also the company’s continuous efforts to deliver reliable, high-quality products to the market.
On 6 January 2025, Window Elements successfully obtained two important Product Certification Licences issued by SIRIM QAS International, one of Malaysia’s most respected certification bodies. The first certification, Licence No. PC 014375, authorises Window Elements to use the Verification Mark on Aluminium Alloy Windows, confirming full compliance with MS 832:2022. This Malaysian Standard sets stringent requirements for performance, durability, and safety of aluminium alloy windows, ensuring that certified products meet high expectations in both residential and commercial applications.
In addition, Window Elements was awarded Licence No. PC 014372 for its Aluminium Frame Sliding Glass Doors, certified in accordance with MS 1017:2022. This certification demonstrates that the company’s sliding glass door systems meet national standards for structural integrity, functionality, and long-term performance. Achieving these certifications highlights Window Elements’ strong technical capability and strict quality control processes throughout product design, fabrication, and final inspection.
These product certifications are more than regulatory approvals; they represent the trust placed in Window Elements by independent authorities. By complying with MS 832:2022 and MS 1017:2022, the company assures customers, developers, architects, and contractors that its aluminium windows and doors are tested, verified, and suitable for real-world conditions. This milestone further strengthens the company’s reputation as a dependable and professional aluminium window and door manufacturer.
Continuing its journey of excellence, Window Elements achieved another remarkable accomplishment on 30 October 2025, when the company was officially certified for having implemented and maintained a Quality Management System that fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The certification, registered under MY-QMS 04315, was awarded by SIRIM QAS International, a recognised member of IQNET, one of the world’s largest networks of certification bodies.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification covers the scope of fabrication of aluminium doors and windows, confirming that Window Elements operates under a structured, consistent, and internationally recognised quality management framework. This achievement demonstrates the company’s dedication to continuous improvement, risk management, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Implementing ISO 9001:2015 reflects Window Elements’ strong internal discipline and long-term vision. From raw material selection to fabrication processes and final delivery, every stage is guided by documented procedures and quality objectives. This system ensures consistent product quality, reduces errors, and enhances customer confidence in every project undertaken by the company.
Together, these certifications represent a proud chapter in Window Elements’ growth story. They are the result of teamwork, technical expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence across the organisation. More importantly, they reinforce Window Elements’ promise to deliver aluminium windows and doors that meet recognised standards, exceed customer expectations, and contribute positively to the built environment.
As Window Elements moves forward, these achievements serve as a strong foundation for future growth, innovation, and market expansion. With certified products and an internationally recognised quality management system, the company is well-positioned to continue setting benchmarks in the aluminium window and door industry for years to come.
